Because Everyone Else Did One...

...I figure I might as well hop on the bandwagon. If you have taken the time to reconnoiter such earthshattering blogs as "Stuff with Brett" or whatever Danny D.'s blog was called, you would have noticed a certain special feature that my blog currently lacks. This feature, as I'm sure you're all aware, is a top ten list of things to help get through the day. In my expert opinion, this sounds like a rather entertaining entry both to write and to read. Therefore, I humbly present the top ten things that help me to survive my unusually herculean school day.

10) Learning how the world works in 1st period Physics
9) Hearing Convoy rant about Pequannock and Wayne-type food/restaurants in 4th period History
8) Gym volleyball/hockey and also speedball whenever I don't get trampeled by the football team
7) Wondering with the bros whether or not Chad is actually going to arrive (and then being disillusioned after realizing he is a fictional character)
6) Thinking about (skate)boarding and playing ping pong on the weekends
5) Listening to everyone pick on Kevin and also playing Mad Libs in Math Analysis 6th period
4) Afterschool sports (tennis with Wheels and Destef for the win!)
3) Making sumptuous strawberry smoothies afterschool with which to kick back and relax and procrastinate homework until at least seven o'clock at night
2) 7th period band class for the past three years (great times!)

And the number one thing that I look forward to is...

1) 5th period lunch - it has it all: all of my friends, bottle cap wars with Dan W. and Bill, humerous anecdotes and inside jokes, me making terrible puns, really fun times in general, and Lynch as cafeteria supervisor (which of course seals the deal)

Feel free to comment and tell me what I'm missing also.

  1. "If everyone jumped off a bridge, would you?" Come on, what's so great about top ten lists?

  2. The fact that they're top/most popular types of lists to make and/or publish to an internet blog. And while we're on the subject, I had a top once where the point that it spun on was actually a pen; it would trace silly patterns as you enjoyed the simplest and yet enjoyabillist game ever to be invented by a person.

  5. You know what. You know what I'm going to do to you, punk? Good, because I want to know as well. Fax me when you're aware. Thanks.
